Quantity Surveying

Quantity Surveying is a further main discipline our Practice offers, either as an allied service to the architectural section or as a stand-alone service working directly for clients and other consultants.. The Practice currently has 1 Quantity Surveying team headed by a Director assisted by a Senior QS. Operating individually, the team is small enough to be competitive and offer a personal service on even the smallest of projects, but is capable of dealing with the many multi-million pound projects the Practice has undertaken, utilising BOQ’s or Schedules of Rates as appropriate. Consistent with our digital business, our QS Department utilises the latest take-off software which works seamlessly with our BIM design software. Our QS section also provides a number of associated services including Project Management, Employers Agent, Monitoring (for Bank and Financial Institutions), Dispute Resolution, Cost-in-Use Analysis, Planned Maintenance to name but a few.
