Education Funding

We have achieved extensive success with aiding schools and colleges in procuring funding for their projects via the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) and the Local Authority Controlled Voluntary Aided Programme (LCVAP). For larger Multi Academy Companies and Trusts, we have also provided conditions surveying, asset planning services, to help draw up priorities for capital spending. Our work is generally carried out at bid stage on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis, which minimises financial risk for our clients, but also means they can be assured that we are incentivised to make our bids as good as they can possibly be. We have achieved funding for projects ranging from £20k fencing works, up to £2M block replacements, and our in-house team of Architects, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors means that we can provide a one-stop service for all information required.

Some of our recent successfully funded projects include:

Elston Hall – Asbestos Removals and Roofing

Leek High School – Roof Repairs

Cardinal Newman Catholic High School – Assembly Hall

St John Fisher Catholic College – Teaching Block

St. Wulstans Catholic Primary School – New Classrooms and WCs

Heritage Lottery Funding

Since 1994, the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) has been funding projects involving the regeneration and repair of historic buildings. There are multiple funding stream available depending on the size and outcomes of the project, but generally we a greater engagement in heritage from the wider project is one of the greatest demonstrable requirements. We have lots of experience in this field and our Architects have the necessary conservation accreditations to qualify for the funding criteria.
