Quantity Surveying is a further main discipline our practice offers either as an allied service to the architectural section or as a stand alone service. The practice currently has 1 Quantity Surveying  team headed by a Partner assisted by a senior QS. Operating individually, the team is small enough to be competitive and offer a personal service on even the smallest of projects but is capable of dealing with the many multi-million pound projects the Practice has undertaken. Our QS section also provides a number of associated services including Employers Agent, Monitoring (for Bank and Financial Institutions), Dispute Resolution, Cost-in-Use Analysis, Planned Maintenance to name but a few.
