Scott Millington MCIAT
Scott attended Norton County Primary School and later Holden Lane High School. With a flair for design Scott joined the practice in 1987. He enrolled at Stoke on Trent college of Further Education in 1988 to undertake a BTEC ONC and HNC in Building Studies qualifying in 1994. Scott has 28 years’ experience in private practice. Scott left the practice in 1993 but soon returned in 1994. In 2001 Scott was promoted to an Associate of the Practice. In 2004 Scott passed Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football and in 2014 undertook and passed a University Diploma in Leadership and Management, becoming a full chartered member of CIAT in the same year. In 2015 Scott was promoted to a Partner of Wood Goldstraw Yorath.
He is now a Director and during his 28 years private practice experience he has successfully completed projects across a wide range of sectors including, domestic, residential, conservation refurbishment, commercial, educational but principally Industrial. Scott prides himself on his repeat clientele base, some of which he has been engaged with for the total of his 28 years and still remains to do so today. Scott’s broad knowledge base is within the commercial / industrial / conservation sector where he specialises with project values ranging from £250,000 up to £5 million. Scott is a practical thinker, passionate and honest and believes in delivering robust projects on programme and within budget.
