Vehicular access to the car park is via a ramped entrance located adjacent to the Regent Street car park.
Our service onb this project included a full archiotectural service (RIBA stages A to L inclusive) assisted by private QS, Structural Engineers and M&E Engineers appointed by ourselves. The contract was let under a standard JCT contract with full BOQ’s and was completed in August 1994 at a build cost of £14.5m
