Our Lady and St Chad’s Catholic College

As part of a two-phase expansion at their existing site, Our Lady and St. Chad’s Catholic College initially relocated their main entrance and upgraded security arrangements to meet modern safeguarding standards. Following this, a heavy refurbishment of existing 1960’s buildings resulted in a re-thinking of the floor plan to provide better use of space and additional classrooms.

Phase two saw a large extension providing four new science lab, five new classrooms, a new assembly hall and ancillary spaces.
