The Gower, Telford

The project sees the conversion of a grade 2 listed Victorian former cottage hospital in the St. George’s neighbourhood of Telford. The existing building will accommodate three new dwellings along with a community facility and elsewhere on the site, ten new-build dwellings will be constructed as enabling development to help fund the conversion works.
