We were engaged by Newcastle RUFC to extend and remodel their existing facilities to incorporate new club shop, sports equipment stores, and to refurbish the existing function room, bar and changing rooms. The original building was an asbestos ridden timber clad construction and was way beyond its serviceable lifespan. The club are now left with a robust clubhouse with attractive seating terrace and modern feel.
